  • 1. What are my payment options?

    We happily accept MasterCard, Visa or PayPal. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment in full from you.

  • 2. When will my credit card be charged?

    After your payment has been submitted, your credit card is charged the purchase amount, plus any escrow and or shipping fees you have agreed to pay, on the same or following business day.

  • 3. Will I get an invoice for my order?

    Yes, an invoice is issued for every order placed on Laban.com. The document will be attached into your shipping package. If you need a PDF file, we would be happy to email you that document.

  • 4. Can I cancel my order?

    However, once you have received your shipment confirmation email, it will be no longer possible to cancel your order

  • 5. How much do I have to pay for custom taxes or duty taxes for my international shipment?

    Our company tries to limit the burden of such taxes or fees to our international customers. However, we cannot guarantee that every international shipment will be free of any local taxes or fees that the government might impose. Any customs taxes that might be paid are not included in the shipping costs.
